In August 2022, the screenplay for TYPICAL? was awarded a semi-finalist of the New York International Women Festival.


The screenplay TYPICAL? was written by Sarah Leigh. TYPICAL? is adapted from the theatre show I’m Non-Typical, Typical, a show workshopped by Bedazzle Inclusive Productions, collated by Matthew Hunt, and told from lived experience.
