People first

We are committed to increasing inclusion within the industry.

We believe in taking a people-first approach and we will only work on projects where everyone's access needs are prioritised - even if this means budgets have to be stretched and schedules adapted.

In our most recent film project, TYPICAL?, 50% of the crew and 90% of the cast identified as d/Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent.

​

Through our work, we are also breaking down the barriers that prevent d/Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people getting into the film and theatre industry. Every project we work on has a supported work experience pathway embedded to ensure training opportunities that are accessible for everyone.
