About: After the death of her mother, Jenny, a young woman with a learning disability, forms an unexpected connection with people at her local allotment. As she finds friendship, support, and a purpose, she teaches those around her that love, loss, and resilience know no limits.

This short follows Jenny through the 6 months post losing her mother - it shows the isolation following her death, then the vulnerability of reaching out for community, and the community being tested by Jenny having to move to a residential home. This is a small but powerful insight into the challenges that face disabled adults after losing their primary carer, but the strength that can emerge from reaching out for community.
